The SNS Dean's Staff Council would like your input in planning upcoming SNS Professional Development Workshops. Please use this survey to share topics of interest, or ideas you feel the Professional Development Series can benefit from! This survey also provides an opportunity for you to sign up to present a workshop on a topic you would like to share with other staff members!
 
Our goal is to pick and design workshops that appeal to SNS staff and provide opportunities for learning and growth. 
 
Two primary opportunities for learning & growth:
  1. Suggesting workshop topics/attending workshops.
    1. Workshops are most impactful when they directly relate to your interests/struggles/career trajectory.
    2. Attending the Professional Development Workshops helps you to engage with new ways of thinking, training in new platforms/programs, and identifying network opportunities with other staff. 
  2. Presenting a workshop/presentation.
    1. Share your knowledge with other staff looking to grow.
    2. Enhance your ability to articulate thoughts and processes.
    3. Develop your presentation and public speaking skills.
    4. Add this experience to your year-end Halogen Summary of Accomplishment!

We are hopeful to get your continued input regarding the SNS Professional Development Series. Staff professional growth is the primary purpose of this series and it cannot thrive without your voices!
