Attention Bobcats!

On January 20th, 2025, join the Community Engagement Center as we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day by participating in community service projects throughout Merced. MLK Day is a chance to unite and support the betterment of our city through meaningful volunteer opportunities. We will have a wide variety of events such as our Unity March and MLK Program at the Merced Theater. Come together with us and make a positive impact in our community this MLK Day!

Here is an overview of the service opportunities for MLK Day:

The Unity March will be happening January 20th, 2025 and volunteers should arrive at 10 AM at the Merced Amtrack station! Volunteers will assist with a variety of tasks, including helping with the organization of the event, guiding participants, and providing general support to ensure the smooth flow of the march! If you're interested in coming out to show your support please register down below!

The MLK Program will be happening January 20th, 2025 and volunteers should be arriving at the Merced theater by 11 AM! Volunteers will be assisting with welcoming attendees, assisting vendors, handing out programs, and serving as runners. If you're interested in coming out to show your support please register down below!
