- Use one of the templates to create your exam announcement flyer.
- Upload your completed flyer below where indicated.
- Attach a photo of your flyer to be posted on the Events Calendar announcement.
After we receive your announcement details and flyer, we will post to the Events Calendar website and will send out an email announcement to your graduate program one week prior to your defense date. (
Please be sure to factor 2-3 days reciept confirmation time into your form submission.)
