SATAL Support Request Form

Students Assessing Teaching and Learning (SATAL) is designed to provide students’ feedback to faculty, TAs, or academic programs interested in gaining a better sense of the learning experience in their classes. If you're interested in partnering with SATAL for assessment support, please complete this form, and we will get back to you soon. *Please note that SATAL is intended to provide objective, formative feedback from the perspective of students. It is not meant to provide any evaluative or summative feedback.

Supplemental Mid/End-Course Feedback (ask students to respond verbally and in writing what's working, what's not, and what needs to change) Collect and summarize findings)
Class Observation (record in writing what went on in the classroom and give summary report to the instructor)
Entry Survey (administer a survey to assess students' skills and knowledge at the beginning of the semester)
Exit Interview (facilitate group interview of seniors to assess their skills and knowledge at completion of major/minor and produce summary report)
